Men have timed sex
around the pill for years.  Not anymore.

Dealing with ED is hard enough. Even when the pills work, timing them  around everything else is exhausting. Here's what that can look like.
Skips the stomach entirely
Sex is on hold for 45 minutes.

Waiting for the pill to kick in kills the mood, and she's ready before you are.

Kills the mood
Makes her wait
You're not ready when she is
Takes the spontaneity out of sex
SPRAYED, NOTSWALLOWED
Dinner is now something you have to plan around.

Food and alcohol affect how the pill works, so the whole night gets built around it.

A heavy meal delays it
Two drinks and it's a gamble
One more thing on your mindbefore sex
You'd rather skip the doctor's office entirely.

This isn't the easiest thing to talk about in person. For a lot of guys, online is just a better option.

The new standard
for ED Treatment

Most ED meds go through digestion, which slows them down and makes them food-sensitive. Roxus skips digestion, so you can be ready when it matters.
01
bypasses digestion
Skips the stomach entirely

Absorbed directly through the nasal mucosa instead of your digestive tract, so food and alcohol don't slow it down.

02
intranasal delivery
SPRAYED, NOT SWALLOWED

Delivered through the nasal cavity, bypassing digestion entirely, so food or drink doesn't affect delivery.

03
faster route to the bloodstream
absorbed in minutes

Nasal absorption reaches your bloodstream directly, without passing through your gut first, so it can work in as little as 5 minutes.*

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

here’s what most GUYS want to know

Is Roxus® actually safe?

Roxus® contains vardenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor in the same class as sildenafil and tadalafil, used for ED for over 20 years. It's compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy and only dispensed after a US-licensed provider reviews your intake. Do not take Roxus® if you use nitrates, have low blood pressure, or have been advised against sexual activity.

What are the side effects?

The most commonly reported side effect in the Phase 1 studies was mild, transient nasal irritation from the spray itself. Systemic side effects were consistent with oral vardenafil: headache, flushing, nasal congestion, and occasional back pain or indigestion. Your provider reviews your full medical history before prescribing to catch anything that could be a concern for you specifically.

How is this prescribed if I never see a doctor in person?

A US-licensed provider reviews your intake asynchronously, usually within 24 hours. They may reach out for more info if something in your history needs clarifying. If they approve, they issue the prescription to our compounding pharmacy partner, who ships to you directly.

Will my box show "Mavrox" or something obvious?

Your Roxus® ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The shipping label shows only the pharmacy name — nothing on the box references Mavrox, Roxus®, or ED. Even the person delivering it won't know what's inside.

When does Roxus® actually launch?

Roxus® is launching in early October 2026. Everyone on the waitlist gets first access and an exclusive launch discount. We'll text and email you the moment it's live.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Your provider can adjust your dose or, if needed, switch you to one of Mavrox's oral options — Performax (a sublingual triple-agent) or Tadalafix (a daily tablet). Message the care team and they'll route it to your provider.

Is my info private?

Yes. Mavrox is HIPAA compliant. Your intake is reviewed only by your licensed provider and stored in an encrypted system. Never sold. Never shared.

*Onset & PK footnote. Onset claims are based on self-reported user experience, with some users reporting onset of effect in as little as 5 minutes; individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Separately, in two Phase 1 clinical studies, intranasally delivered vardenafil reached peak plasma concentration at a mean of approximately 10 minutes, compared with approximately 45 to 58 minutes for a 10mg oral vardenafil tablet. Time to peak plasma concentration measures drug absorption and may not directly correspond to time to onset of effect.Sources: Chung et al. 2025; Chow/Wang et al. 2023.

Roxus® is a compounded medication dispensed through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and is not FDA approved. Individual results vary. Mavrox treatments are prescription-only. Do not take if you use nitrates, have low blood pressure, or have been advised against sexual activity. Consult your provider before starting any treatment.

Do not take Roxus if you use nitrates (including recreational "poppers"), riociguat, or 5HT3 antagonists — these combinations can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure or severe hypotension. Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting longer than 4 hours. Tell your provider about any heart conditions, recent heart attack or stroke, low blood pressure, dizziness or fainting history, dialysis, or use of alpha-blockers. Possible side effects may include nasal congestion, headache, flushing, dizziness, or indigestion.
